Red Chilli Powder or lal mirch powder  or lal mirchi powder is the foundation of Indian cooking recipes.  The hot flavour of red chilli powder greatly enhances the taste of Indian recipes.  There are hardly any Indian dishes which does not use lal mirch powder. Red chilli powder is good for our digestive fire and it stimulates our appetite.  


We buy our red chillies from trusted farmers and then they are cleaned and sorted.  After this they are sun dried and this natural drying process helps retain the aroma and the spiciness of the red chilli.  The stem from the red chilli is removed before it is powdered in the hygienic factory premises to make red chilli powder.  The whole red chillies are powdered along with the skin to ensure spiciness to the chilli powder.  


We use Kashmiri chilli also to add that enticing, natural and vibrant red colour to our lal mirch powder.  The Kashmiri mirch adds a glowing red colour to the chilli powder, without imparting too much heat to the lal mirch powder.  Our red chilli powder offers a balance between colour and heat.  This chilli powder has a perfect blend of spice or heat and red colour to it, as we mix both the Kashmiri lal mirch and the Guntur red chillies and powder it.  This ensures that our red chilli powder has the perfect balance of colour and heat.  


We source our Red chilli powder from trusted producers and hand pack the same in our warehouse.  This ensures that there is no chemicals or preservatives added in the Mirch powder.  The pure lal mirch powder is first packed in silver foil and then placed into Kraft paper pouches, which ensures that the chilli powder remains fresh till it reaches you.
