Q: From where do you source your products?
A: All our products are sourced directly from trusted farmers or producers. This is to ensure that it meets our quality standards of being pure, natural and pesticide free
Q: Do you follow food safety guidelines?
A: Yes, we are an FSSAI certified company (FSSAI No:11320007001550) and we ensure that all government specified food safety norms are met. Most of our products are lab tested and absolutely safe for consumption. We do not promote, anything that we do not use in our homes. And that is a promise we will always keep!

Q: What kind of containers do you use for packing the spices & other food products?
A: We use food grade aluminum lined Kraft paper pouches for whole spices, powders.
For coconut oil and honey, we use glass bottles.These glass bottles are bubble wrapped to ensure safety of the package.If requested, we can also pack the coconut oil and honey in food grade spout pouches.
For the spice Combo Packs, the products are packed in food grade aluminium lined Kraft paper pouches and then packed safely into good quality carton boxes.
Q: Can we order this as a gift for someone else?
A: Yes, you can. We can ship it to any address you want to within India.
Q: Do you do gift wrapping?
A: Yes, we can do it for all the combo packs.After ordering online, you can mail or message us with the order details and we will ensure that the combo order is gift packed and delivered.
CANCELLATION POLICY AND RETURNS
Q: Can I cancel my order after making payment?
A: Yes, you can cancel the order. But please ensure that it is done quickly after placing it as it will be difficult to cancel once the order is shipped.
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Yes, if your order gets damaged by the time it reaches you, you can reach out to us for a replacement for that, please email us pictures of the damaged product along with the shipment details for us to process the same. Though, we take a lot of efforts in packing to ensure that there is no breakage or damage to the products, there could be damages during transportation.
Q: Will I get a refund ?
A: Yes, if you cancel the order before it is shipped from our warehouse, your payment will be refunded to the card used for the purpose.It could take couple of days for the refund to credit your account, it will be done.
Q: Will you accept bank transfer ?
A: Yes, you can make payment to our bank account and we will ship the order once we receive payment. Though, we do not accept Google Pay.
SHIPPING
Q: Is the price inclusive of shipping ?
A: Yes, the shipping cost is included in all the product prices. You don’t have to pay anything extra for the shipping.
Q: From where do you ship your products?
A: The products are shipped from our warehouse in Kochi, Kerala.
Q: Do you ship packages internationally?
A: No, not at the moment we do only national shipments.
Q: How long does it take you to process an order before it is dispatched?
A: Normally the order is processed within 48 hours. But, as we do not overstock and source fresh, there could be certain products that could be delayed. In those situations, we will inform you about the delay in shipping and also the reason for the delay in shipping.
PAYMENT METHODS
Q: Is my card information used for purchase safe from fraudulent hackers?
A: Yes, the payment gateway is secure as we work with one of the best Indian e-commerce platforms – Zoho Commerce. Your information is safe as our site is PCI compliant. PCI certification includes installation of firewalls, encryption of data transmissions and use of anti-virus software along with other best practices.
Q: Is there cash on delivery facility?
A: No, we do not have cash on delivery facility at the moment.
